Order Processing

• We process orders within 1–2 business days (photo prints will also be ready within this timeframe), excluding weekends and holidays.
• Once your order is complete, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order details. If you do not receive the email, please check your spam folder or contact us for confirmation.
• If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us immediately. Once your order has been shipped, we will not be able to make any changes.
• Please carefully verify that the address you entered is correct. We are not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address. If your order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order amount (custom products are non-refundable; if you need the item reshipped, please contact customer service—shipping fees are non-refundable), and you will need to place a new order.
